As you may know, Bondi was the inspiration for our latest drink T.I.N.A (This Is Not Alcohol) 3.0. As someone who isn't a local in Bondi, I found it such a captivating place to spend time. The natural elements in themselves are so beautiful, and it's bizarre and equally beautiful to observe the way locals and tourists inhabit the beach and it's surrounds. Icebergs is the perfect example of this really... the human made pool and restaurant which is precariously built into the cliff.. it's not quite nature, but is very much within the natural elements. 

T.I.N.A (This Is Not Alcohol) 3.0 tastes reminiscent of the seaside, with it's marine-like salty, savoury elements. The pink guava adds a touch of tropical glitz that is crucial to encapsulate Bondi Icebergs for their 20th anniversary.
